Why does each location need its own work?
Google ranks each branch on its own: its own reviews, its own photos, its own hours and its distance from the person searching. A strong flagship does not lift a quiet branch across town. That is why our team runs every profile separately, with keywords and localities set for each one.
Keywords per branchWe pick 2 to 10 keywords for each location and check them every week from 5 points around it, so a weak branch shows up early.
What do you get for each location?
The full weekly work
Every review answered, in your voice, with negative ones handled by a person on our team; a Google post every week; fresh photos every month.
Details kept right at every branch
Hours, holiday hours, categories, services and booking links, set per location, so no branch sends customers to a closed door.
A report per location
Each branch's views, calls, direction requests and searches, as a PDF on WhatsApp every week, to the owner or to each branch manager.

How is multi-location pricing worked out?
Per location. Each branch is one Google Business Profile, and each one is charged the Single Business price:
India: ₹2,499* per location per monthEurope: €49 per location per month (or €39 billed yearly) + VAT where applicableRest of the world: $49 per location per month (or $39 billed yearly)
For many locations, or a group that wants its own terms, Enterprise is agreed on a call. See the pricing page for the location calculator.
Who is it for?
Chains and groups with two or more places customers visit: restaurant and cafe groups, clinic chains, gyms, salons, schools, sports venues with several arenas, and franchise owners. Agencies running many client locations use the agency plan instead.
Read the Google Business Profile guide for how profiles work, branch by branch.
Multi-location management: questions
What is multi-location Google Business Profile management?
It is the weekly work on the Google Business Profile of every branch a business has, done branch by branch. Each location gets review replies, a weekly post, monthly photos, profile upkeep, rank checks across its own area and its own weekly report. Our team runs it as one routine, so no branch is left behind. See all our services.
Should each branch have its own Google Business Profile?
Yes, if customers visit each branch in person and it has its own staff and opening hours. Google treats each place as a separate profile with its own reviews, photos and ranking. Sharing one profile across branches confuses customers and Google alike. Read the Google Business Profile guide for how profiles work.
How do you price Google profile management for several locations?
Per location, because each branch is one profile and gets the full service. Every branch is charged the Single Business price for its region, and the pricing page shows it labelled for India, Europe and the rest of the world. Groups with many locations can ask about Enterprise instead. The pricing page also has a location calculator.
Does every branch get its own weekly report?
Yes. Each location's views, calls, direction requests and the searches people used arrive as a PDF on WhatsApp every week. The owner can get all of them, or each branch manager can get the report for their own branch. See an example in the weekly report.
Is there one view of all my branches together?
A combined view of every location's work and numbers is launching this month. Until then, each branch's weekly report arrives on WhatsApp, and our team can answer any question about any location on a call. For agencies with many client locations, see the agency page.
Why does one branch rank well on Google Maps and another does not?
Because Google ranks each branch on its own reviews, photos, details and its distance from the person searching. A busy flagship does not lift a quiet branch across town. Our team checks every location's keywords every week from 5 points around it, to find the weak branch early. Read about rank tracking.
Can branch managers reply to reviews themselves while you run the profiles?
They can, but it is better to agree who replies, so two people do not answer the same review. Most groups leave replies to us: replies are written in your voice, and negative reviews are handled by a person on our team. Branch managers then focus on the service itself. See review management.
How do you keep hours right across many locations during holidays?
We set holiday and special hours on every branch's profile, location by location, so no branch sends customers to a closed door. Different branches can keep different hours, and we update each one. This is part of profile upkeep in the managed service. Read about profile optimization.
Do you use the same posts for every branch?
No. Every post names one service and one locality, rotated, so each branch is matched to the searches near it. Branches can share an offer or a theme, but each profile gets posts written for its own area and services. A person on our team approves every post. See Google posts.
Can a franchise owner use MapBoost for outlets they run?
Yes, for the outlets you manage on Google, as long as you have owner or manager access to each profile. If the brand's head office owns the profiles, it needs to add MapBoost as a manager. Each outlet gets the full service and its own report. Ask us about larger groups on the contact page.
How do you start managing several locations at once?
With a free audit of one location, then a call to list every branch. Each branch gives us manager access to its profile and stays the owner. In the first week our team learns your brand voice, picks each branch's keywords and fixes its details, then the weekly routine starts. Begin with the free audit.
