Terms of Service

1. Who we are. MapBoost ("MapBoost", "we", "us") is a brand of Bluejersey18 Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U93110KA2023PTC178233), with its registered office at HD-155, WeWork, Block L, Embassy TechVillage, Outer Ring Road, Devarabisanahalli, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, India. Bluejersey18 Technologies Private Limited also operates the Sportomic brand (sportomic.com). MapBoost began as a tool within Sportomic and now operates as a separate brand at themapboost.com; the legal entity providing the service is the same company. Customers who signed up for MapBoost as a Sportomic module are covered by these Terms from their effective date. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Bluejersey18 Technologies Private Limited.

2. What MapBoost does. MapBoost helps local businesses manage and improve their Google Business Profile. Depending on your plan, this can include profile audits, review replies, posts, photos, business information updates, keyword and ranking tracking, reports, and updates sent to you by WhatsApp or email. Some services are performed by software and some by our team on your behalf.

3. Accepting these Terms. By using themapboost.com, requesting an audit, connecting your Google account, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Access to your Google Business Profile. To deliver the service, you give MapBoost's managing Google account Manager access to your Business Profile, either by inviting it yourself or by using "Connect with Google", which sends and accepts that invitation for you. You remain the owner of your profile. You can remove our access at any time from your Business Profile settings; we will then be unable to continue the service. You confirm you have the right to grant this access for each profile you connect.

5. Your responsibilities. You agree to give us accurate business information (services, prices, offers, hours, facilities) and tell us promptly when it changes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us and for photos and content you send us, including that you have the right to use them. You will not use MapBoost to post false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content, to solicit or publish fake reviews, or to breach Google's policies.

6. Content we create for you. MapBoost uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to draft review replies, posts and other content. We apply safety checks and human review appropriate to your plan, but generated content can contain mistakes. You may review, edit or ask us to remove any content published for you. Where your plan includes automatic publishing of review replies, you authorise us to publish them on your behalf.

7. Google's role. Google Business Profile, Google Maps and Google Search are operated by Google, not by us. Google decides how profiles are ranked, displayed, suspended or verified, and may change its products or policies at any time. We do not control Google, and we cannot guarantee any ranking, number of views, calls, leads, reviews or revenue.

8. Plans, fees and payment. Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on our pricing page or in your quotation. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period, in the currency shown, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment partners, such as Razorpay; we do not store your full card details. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is paid. We will give you at least 7 days' notice before changing the price of an existing plan.

9. Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Free audits. Free audits and reports are provided for information only, based on public data available at the time. They are not a guarantee of results and may contain inaccuracies.

11. Intellectual property. MapBoost's software, website, reports, templates and branding belong to Bluejersey18 Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You own your business information, photos and content. You give us a licence to use them only as needed to provide the service. Content we create and publish on your profile for you is yours to keep after the service ends. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services; it will never identify you or your customers.

12. Acceptable use. You will not attempt to access other customers' data, reverse engineer the platform, overload or disrupt it, scrape it, or resell the service without our written agreement.

13. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end the service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continuing would breach the law or Google's policies. Where possible we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. When the service ends we will stop managing your profile and remove our access where we are able to.

14. Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

16. Indemnity. You will indemnify Bluejersey18 Technologies Private Limited against third-party claims arising from information or content you provided, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

17. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with its date and, for material changes, notify active customers by email or WhatsApp. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

18. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, both sides will first try to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days of written notice.

19. Grievance Officer and contact. In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, our Grievance Officer is Rahul Jhunjhunwala, growth@themapboost.com.
