Service Delivery Policy

MapBoost is a service provided by Bluejersey18 Technologies Private Limited (CIN U93110KA2023PTC178233, GSTIN 29AALCB9098H1ZW). We do not ship physical goods.
How the service is delivered. MapBoost is delivered online. After your payment is confirmed, our team contacts you on WhatsApp or email to begin onboarding. We then manage your Google Business Profile and send you updates and reports by WhatsApp or email, as described in your plan.
Access you provide. To start, we need Manager access to your Google Business Profile, given by inviting us yourself or by using "Connect with Google".
If delivery cannot start. If we cannot start the service because of a problem on our side, you are refunded under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
