How we reply to reviews
We reply to every review. Positive reviews get a reply automatically, in your brand voice. Every negative review is handled by a person on our team. Old reviews that were never answered get a reply too.
We do not write, buy or sell reviews. Reviews should come from real customers, and our free review link generator and QR code generator are built to follow Google's rules.
